We now implement our third lifer system to be controlled by CRIBWISE system. This one is Weland Compact store and have same capabilities as Kardex and Modula. This is available as an addon that needs to be added on the customer account.

Changing ToolsUnited password can lead to TU catalog not working temporarily

Fixed an issue where changing your ToolsUnited password required a full Admin Portal logout/login cycle. Logging out and back into the TU catalog now properly applies the new credentials.

Updated device synch process

We now introduce a long wanted function where all transactions made in SFI will not be pending on a 15 min interval of synching devices.

The new synch process will be around seconds and additionally we also start feed the reporting data (data available for any type of reporting) immediately.

It will not be a direct store in central dB as we still need to support the cases where devices could get out of network availability. So from transaction until data is in AP dB it take some seconds and also until available for reporting yet another set of seconds.

Still this is a significant improvement from 15min to below 30 secs, but for reporting data perspective even bigger as the reporting data today is only renewed every hour.

This feature will be gradually implemented on customer portals after release. A pre-requisite for this feature is that all devices are upgraded to latest version.

Search in Pick for service

To simplify for customers with many pick for service lists in ShopFloor interface we now extend this view with a search field.

The search will filter list by:

• Order business ID (including prefix)

• Order reference

• Vendor name of service order

• Vendor ID of service order

• Vendor name of service list

• Vendor ID of service list

Pick list quantity synchronization fix

Fixed a timing issue where pick list quantities could display incorrectly when reusing a non-fixed quantity pick list in quick succession.

Trigger return for Scrap/Recycle during pick

This feature will guide users to return items upon pick if setting on item is activated for "prompt user to return picked item during pick".

This is done in General Information on Item detail, this can also be set by mass update function or excel import.

For items with this activated there will be an additional return flow prompted when the item is selected. This additional flow will guide user to fill in any reason codes for return (Recycle/Scrap).

For Consumables the "Recycle" options will be an option.

An additional flow will be initiated to set the recycle qty and reason code.

When recycle details are set the flow continue as a normal pick flow.

The return and pick process will then end up in execution list in the end. Both returns and picks.

To enable this on consumable items, recycle needs to be enabled in system settings and and a recycle location assigned in the device. In system settings you could also enable any reason codes for both scrap and now additionally also for recycle if needed.

A long wanted user scenario this feature will bring is that there will be a recycle transaction connected to an item (quantity, reason (if given) and item information). This opens up for proper reporting also on the recycling transactions! Before the recycle concept was more a bulk operation where we did not associate this to an item.

Partial withdraw or placement in system

Today when creating new locations or removing locations we can make Placement and Withdraw transactions. This is primary used during build-up of new customer solution or when some bigger changes is needed.

In some cases for example when there is a consignment stock it could be useful to also make this type of transactions if parts of the stock should be returned to supplier. This is specifically needed when there is a full integration with Customer and supplier ERP as per normal inventory transactions will generate a cost for customer.

We now enable this in the Assignment screen through place and withdraw icon.

Updating unavailable item against the catalog returns unhandled exception

When there is a catalog-imported item which is then set as unavailable by catalog, the item cannot be updated against the catalog. The issue is that there is no information provided about the failure.

Make grid size interval smaller on lifter systems

Based on the feedback provided in it has been identified that the current system for setting the dimensions of Modula and Kardex locations is limited.

The smallest adjustable interval for location dimensions is currently set to 50 mm. This limitation restricts the flexibility and precision needed for effective location management.

We have now made it optional to lower the location sizes down to 25mm. This change will allow customers greater freedom and control over their location settings, enabling more efficient use of space and better alignment with their specific requirements.

Items Excel import may not import duplicate descriptions and translation

Importing items with duplicate descriptions can result in a situation where these items are imported without its description or translations. The import result then shows that all entries were skipped even though items were imported.

Card login on SFI now works reliably

Fixed an issue where card login could fail due to expired authentication tokens when the login screen refresh was prevented.

Aggregation on picked item locations overview not correct

Aggregated quantity per physical location in picked items overview is not correct when filtering (text or by advanced filter) is active.

Text wrapping on SFI home screen makes the text incomplete

Upon connecting to SFI using a language that has long button names, the names are wrapped incorrectly.

Stock filter is not working in the list of stocks

Filtering the stock list by stock name is not working.

Column selector missing busy indicator on 'save'

IPv6 addresses allowed in web service URLs

It has not been possible to enter a IPv6 address as part of the webservice URL field for ERP settings.

This have now been allowed.

Show documents during return on SFI does not work

Button to show documents do nothing when pressed for an item during return or scrap operation.

Return is stuck on group manipulation screen when it should continue to different module

In specific situation when return is done from group manipulation screen and should continue with other module or storage device (except from open storage) the flow got stuck and remains on the group manipulation screen.

Item description case is causing problems during import and update of an item

If any item has item description in lowercase, the same text cannot be set for item description again in upper case (or vice versa or caps size combination).

LED Navigator enabled on Kardex lifters

In our initial implementation of Kardex we did not include the LED navigator to be controlled through CRIBWISE, we now have enabled this for thise who have this accessory installed on their Kardex Lifters.

Pick list quantity not updated after pick

After items were picked fully from pick list with not fixed quantity, the picked quantity has not been deducted from the pick list.

Fixed column alignment in serialized items overview

Resolved a visual issue where the first column could become misaligned when scrolling in the serialized items overview.

Comment can be sent twice for single pick

In the case when there is a 'reopen location' button shown after any operation and there are more locations to reopen, after navigation back from location selection the comment button is enabled again allowing to send comment twice.

Vertical scrolling issues on detail blades in Admin Portal (Chrome)

Admin Portal is experiencing some random issues when vertical scrolling using touchpad or mouse wheel is done on the detail blades.

Loading of the thumbnails from Tools United freezes other operations with TU API

Loading the item thumbnails during import from TU catalog may freeze, making other operation with TU to stuck.

Import of categories creates duplicate categories

Importing categories via Excel may create duplicate categories in the same place of category tree in case when specific category structure is imported.

Price per unit does shown as empty in reports

When report based on transactions data source contains field Purchase price per unit and does not contain field Total purchase price, the field showing price per unit is empty.

Locked device is shown as 'not synchronized'

Locked device which is not synchronized receives flag "synchronization delayed". In such case the device is visualized on AP as "not synchronized" and cannot be unlocked.

Apply Cost allocation limitations from parent item

We now will inherit the Cost Allocation limitation values from parent item when picking a spare part from the related item.

If there is a hierarchy and limitations like only Tool 123 is available for a specific Cost Allocation value like Component 1. There have been challenges in the. administarations to pick also Spares as these have had to be specified in Component 1 to be possible to pick.

If the user now selects the Releated item on Tool 123 the user will be able to pick also related spares without this spares are specified as available in the Cost Allocation hierarchy.

SFI installer improvements

We make improvements in the installers of shopfloor interface. Today the installer size is around 1GB. When installers from 1.54 are installed the size of the upcoming installers will be around 1/3 of the previous size.

Also we have kept old installers on the disk, this now changes and whenever a new installer is successfully installed the old one will be deleted. This to save disk space on local machines.

Serialized item overview enhancement

We now introduce a new filter in the serialized item overview to be able to filter the list on different states on item. like show all items "For Service" or "Used"

As views can be built and stored on user level you could build up a view with all "For Service" state serialized items.

Bring quantity of item when picking over related item

When user is searching for an Assembly or Tool that contains spare parts in the picking flow and when selected or expanded in item list, user can choose to look on related items.

When the user have selected related item, I.e. to see what inserts on selected milling assembly or to see related spares like shims or screws for a holder.

The defined quantity will be copied over to picking screen.

This will simplify the user experience as for instance there is no need to remember the quantity needed to change inserts on a tool.

Improved performance for Picked items locations

The Picked items locations overview now loads reliably for customers with large pick volumes (70,000+ picks). Previously, this could time out and display a blank list.

Unexpected behavior of Application Manager when started under different account

When Windows user installing or updating SFI does not have administrator privileges and some other user is used to enter elevated mode, the installation and update can behave unexpectedly.

CA restrictions applied to spare part selected from item list

When CA has restrictions to item are set, spare parts of the item allowed by the CA can be still picked even if they are not allowed by the restriction once spare part is selected from Select quantity step of its parent item. But it is not possible to pick the spare part when selecting it from Select item step. Due to that, it is not possible to pick this spare part once its parent item is out of stock.

Improve report list

We introduce searching of reports in the report list and also adding the report source as a part of the report list.

Similarly to other views in the application we now also enable the possibility to create views, sort and filter the reports.

We introduce a more comprehensive event log for all creation/deletion of entities.

Custom fields disabling is not properly reflected in item's change history

Upon disabling custom fields, when the custom fields are specified for an item, the change history contains the event, but the detail of the event is blank.

Multiple location rules in same location also for serialized items

In 1.53 release we introduced the capability to assign multiple items states of same item to same location, unfortunately we where not able to also make this happen for serialized items in 1.53 release. Now the final step is made! For serialized items we in basics decouple the item state from stock location assignment rule, but keeps the state on the serialized ID itself.

Upon Item assignment (of serialized item) in a device there will not be any option for New, Used, Referbished, For Service. The state of the assignment will say "Any" and the actual state will be stored on the instance.

In this release we also make change during picking flow of serialized items, this relates to the selection of serialized instance. When it's more instances of an item in same location we before choose the instance when compartment where closed. This is now changed and will be done directly when the location is open.

Choose item state after Service

We now give the option to choose what state an item should have when restock from Service. In basics we currently always set the item in state Refurbished. Now you can choose what state the item would be returned into after service. (New, Used or Refurbished). This option gives specially measuring equipment and similar better options as return a measuring equipment (after calibration) as refurbished is not making sense and just add extra Item assignment step.

Togehter with the 1.53 release where we introduced possibility to combine different states of items in same locations (which also comes for serialized items in 1.54) we now have full flexibility in managing the services processess in an efficient way.

Return of item via cost allocation

New way to simplify and find relevant transaction to return by selecting transaction over Cost allocation. For accounts with huge amount of transactions this simplify the search greatly.

Enable a similar view as we have in item category for picking, by clicking the icon

And drill down into values of selected cost allocation step like in below case machines names. The items available in list for search is based on the selections made and text search will refine the list further.

Picking over item category enhancement

We now make an improvement when picking items by filtering with item category and add items to a pick list.

Today when an item have been picked by filtering on a item category and added to a pick list and additional items to be added, the category selection is gone and needs to be selected again.

From this version we keep the selection of category when getting to the item selection, this improves the process and experience for the users.

Item ID swap on two items causes issues on SFI

When there is for example item 1 and item 2 and a user changes item name and ID for example like this: Item 1 > Item 3, Item 2 > Item 1, Item 3 > Item 2; there are issues with these items on the SFI. These issues include mismatching on screen notifications (notification of item 1 is shown for item 2) or if these items are related, there is no related items button shown during pick.

Device cannot be saved twice

It is not possible to save device from device detail twice in a row. To do that, device detail must be closed and reopened.

TB300 reopen rolo shows only relevant cabinets

Fixed an issue where TB300 with extension cabinet showed all cabinets for reopen rolo, including those where no dispense occurred.

Sandvik Coromant rebrand

The user interface for Sandvik Coromant customers is now getting updated to the latest standards and branding guidlines.

Allow assign shelf code on empty shelf ASK200/TB300

We now give the possibility to set-up a ASK200/TB300 Machine without having locations on the shelf itself. This gives an option to configure a machine before you start to build up the locations.

Transfer list is not undeleted in case of sync conflict

When transfer list is deleted on AP and some item is picked or restocked for this transfer list on SFI before the deletion is synced, transfer list is not undeleted as expected and remains deleted.

Report filters cannot be loaded for large raw transaction data volume

When a customer has a lot of raw transaction data, they cannot reach filters (don't load) on custom reports with raw transaction data source.

Fixed a rare JavaScript error that could temporarily prevent the reports page from loading.

Undelete operation now supported in API

Added support for the Undelete event in the new API, eliminating log errors when entities are restored.

Textbox sizes may be insufficient for some customers

Text box size may not display whole information due to its width. Mainly in case of item price text boxes.

Vending operation on ASK200 can be delayed by having items in the back of a shelf

When product is placed to back end of shelf on ASK200, it is not possible to use show location option during restock and inventory.

Not visible field blocking saving of assembly as Released on Admin Portal

Field 'Purchase gross price' is not cleared after item type is switched from Durable to Assembly. Item cannot be saved if the field contained any value.

ISO parameters now download from ToolsUnited and Walter catalogs

REST API - Incorrect response code in API documentation for POST calls

Response code returned for POST calls is 201, but API documentation shows 200 instead.

API offer and technical changes

We now make a significant (but backward compatible) change in the API management. In practise the need of API management Subscription key will be removed and managed through token claims upon authentication. This will simplify the number of values to be inputed upon authentication request from. minimum Subscription key and API key to now only need for an API key.

If customers still sends the subscription key this will not have any impact but ignored on our side.

This change will also enable us to activate set-s of end points for a more attractive cost rather then have all or nothing from the API management perspective.

We now extend the API portfolio to also cover Get Item document and Get ISO parameters.

Introduction of mixed item state in same location

This is a long and by many wanted feature to optimize the usage of each storage solution! In basics it will give the user possibility to assign same item in different conditions to one location. In basic have New, Used and Refurbished items in the same location.

At item assignment this gives user possibility at same time assign multiple states of items to one location.

This will enhance the experience of working with durable items in different states and better reflect the daily operations at the shopfloor.

On limitation on this functionality right now is that it's not supported for serialized items. This is currently in build and will be available in August latest.

Restock without order for Assemblies

To simplify the greenfield start-up of building up you assemblies in shopfloor we now allow to create assemblies in restock without order flow.

Importing system settings returns error for maximum number of login attempts

When option Retry policy for login in is turned off for a customer in System settings, export system settings to Excel and import them back results in error for row MaxNumberOfLoginAttempts, as this field is empty, but export treat it as mandatory.

Extension of reporting interfaces

We extend the reporting end points in API management with purchase order line reference data. This primarly supports the cases where ERP systems would like to close their order lines in relation to their own internal line reference numbers.

Fixed icon rendering issues in Admin Portal

Resolved an intermittent issue where icons could appear corrupted until the page was refreshed.

Order code can be set as null by update from ToolsUnited catalog when not enough ToolsUnited credits

If a customer has a released item and he tries to update this item via Tools United update import without having enough credit to perform the update completely, but with enough credit to start the update, not all fields are filled correctly. This can lead to a blank order code for the item, which can then lead to the scheduled scripts failing.

API Portal documentation corrected

Fixed incorrect endpoint listings in the Authentication API documentation on the API Developer Portal.

Implementation of in app polls via Aha!

We now implement the Aha Poll widget into CRIBWISE to be able to make small surveys directly in the application, this goes for both Admin portal and Shopfloor. Initially the target is to launch a Net promoter Score survey.

Item undelete is not tracked in item change history

When item is deleted and then restored by synchronization (when item is deleted on AP but in the same time assigned on SFI), the restore is not tracked in item change history, making the history confusing as the deletion is mentioned there.

Fixed Seco webfont console error

Resolved a console error related to webfont loading on Seco-branded installations.

Not all thumbnail image formats are supported

Having an item thumbnail in format .webp or .avif results in error thrown in event log and devtools upon reaching the item. Also, the thumbnail is not visible.

Inherited spare items do not update with delete of assembly parts

Deleting assembly item from an assembly will not refresh list of inherited alternative items.

Item stock locations now refresh correctly

Fixed an issue where stock location assignments would not update when navigating between different items.

Fixed API Portal model definitions

Corrected invalid model definitions in the API Management portal that were showing unrelated entities.

Generation of raw transactions fails

Generation of raw transactions data fails in case of high number of orders created in a short time period.

Scheduled script failing to be processed

When scheduled script contains reference to deleted entity in filters (like deleted device), it may fail to be processed.

Cannot export report with grouping by empty value

When report contains empty value in column which is set to be grouped, it is not possible to manually export this report to PDF or Excel via UI.

On-premise AP no longer requires internet for SFI sync

Fixed an issue where on-premise Admin Portal installations required internet connection to synchronize SFI devices.

Excel import cannot delete document without providing physical file

When deleting item internal documents via Excel import, the deleted document still must be provided in attached zip file, otherwise it will not be deleted.

Filters in scheduled scripts v2 not working as expected for deleted entities

When entity is selected in filter of scheduled script v2 ("custom scheduled script") and this entity is deleted, it will not be shown in the filter anymore, but the filter is still shown as active. It cannot be cleared anymore.

Reports are not returning correct physical quantities for serialized items

Reports based on location data source shows incorrect number of serialized items in a location in case when there is more than one serialized item assigned in the location.

Import from catalog may cause duplicities in the translation entries

It was discovered that import from catalog may cause a duplicated entities in the translation entry table in case that same translations are imported during same time (race condition).

Vendor contact person can now be added

Fixed an issue preventing adding contact persons to vendors in Admin Portal due to a missing template.

Failed import detail does not provide any information about the fail

When importing an excel file with for example duplicate item, the import fails without providing any information.

TX750 - pick fails when started during calibration after SFI startup

When calibration of TX750 device is started automatically after SFI is started and operator starts vending operation before the calibration is finished, it can lead to unexpected errors during the calibration or requested vending operation.

ERP sending interfaces pickup all data from the time they were activated

When ERP sending interfaces are activated for the first time, they try to pick up all the data from the history. For long term customers. it may lead to high number of picks to be loaded from the database, serialized into XML and sent through email. That fails for two reasons:

• It is impossible to attach such big xml to the email.

• The XML serialization has troubles to serialize such huge number of picks.

Order sending failures now properly tracked and retried

Fixed an issue where failed order sending to vendors was not tracked or retried. Failures are now visible in the UI with automatic retry.

Consumable items have assembly option on creation

Item can be set as consumable and assembly (but cannot be saved).

ERP settings cannot be saved for new customer

ERP setting cannot be saved for new customers which didn't saved them before.

On premise AP cannot sync SFIs without internet connection

SFI installations connected to on premise AP cannot synchronize unless the AP has access to MMA.

Document import from Excel fails with no obvious reason

Import of documents via Excel fails with specific data imported, providing no error to guide user to locate and fix imported data.

Restock from transfer may fail under specific condition

Issue can occur under specific condition when restock from transfer is done from transfer list item for which the quantity has been picked in several picks for transfer and the restock is done to several locations.

Dropdown list component functionality Select all and Deselect all not behaves as expected

Option to select all or deselect all in dropdown lists is selecting/deselecting all records even though list is filtered. It should work only with records shown in the list.

Language settings now apply correctly after switching users

Fixed an issue where parts of the application could display in the previous user's language after logging in with a different user.

Limitation of data provided through Reporting interface

For our Reporting API's we will now start with a pagination concept of 1000 lines of data where the integration consuming the data needs ask for next set of result. This is mainly due to performance and that some customers have a lot of data and ask for all data at every request.

For the BI interface we do not currently apply the limitations but this will be subject to change if the load continues to increase.

Aggregate spare parts on assemblies from included items

Today when you create an assembly you will need to addd needed spares on each assembly for them to be visible in ShopFloor and Admin portal. We now streamline this and enhance the assembly function to aggregate all Spares from included items up to the Assembly itself.

When creating an assembly containing 2 items the spare parts assigned will automatically appear as inherited spares on the assembly.

If any other spare part is needed you could also add those directly on the assembly itself.

Also on the Shopfloor interface all spare parts will be available on the assembly but also with releated to which item it relates to.

CA hierarchy - icon for user restrictions sometimes not displayed

Fixed an issue where deleting a user left orphaned restrictions on cost allocation hierarchy values, preventing other users from selecting those values. Deleting a user now properly removes all related CA restrictions.

CA user groups restrictions - user group stays as blank item when deleted

Deleting a user group now properly removes it from all cost allocation restrictions, instead of leaving a blank entry in the restrictions list.

Opening location on Lista cabinet fails if location already opened

When flow is trying to open a location, but this location is already opened (which may happen by cancellation of previous flow), this action will result in error and location failed to be processed.

Newly created cloud device is not immediately synchronized to SFI

Newly created cloud device is not immediately synchronized to SFI. User needs to wait up to 15 minutes till the regular synchronization period.

Duplicate ISO parameters for items downloaded from catalog

For several items it has been found that they had duplicate ISO parameters after update against external catalog.

Support for accidental delete of device

Based on some experience where users accidentally deleted devices with no possibility to recover the data we have now implemeted internal processes to be able to recover data from deleted device objects. This process can only be accessed by our 2nd line support and will be charged, but we will be able to recover much faster and safer.

Change handling of import of documents

We improve the performance of import of documents like pictures and other files. When making this change we also separate import of external document (meaning links to external sources) and internal documents (upload document via zip fil) into separate files in the excel.

Quantity in reports can be used for filtering only for expanded instances

When trying to filter quantity via inline filters in reports, only expanded instances are considered.

Columns order in exported overviews is incorrect

Ordering of columns in the exported overviews does not follow the order of the columns shown on UI.

When a device is deleted while being on a scheduled script, it stays in filter

When a device is deleted while being on a scheduled script, it stays in filter. This prevents the scheduled script from creating purchase orders.

Improved Admin Portal login screen for new portals

Fixed an issue where the Admin Portal login screen showed a white screen or non-functional login when accessed before portal creation was complete.

Category tree in advanced filter shows categories incorrectly

Advanced filter invoked from Item overview may show categories in incorrect order and with incorrect parents.

Purchase order line reference

We now introduce a technical line reference id on purchase orders that can be added by API. The reason for this is for external systems to be able to add a reference to order lines in external ERP system. The target with this is for external systems to be able to match goods receipt transactions with invoice lines from suppliers.

Barcode report is not working when Japanese language is used

Barcode items report is not reachable on AP with Japanese language set up.

PDF template has a blank bar as a default option

When changing the settings of Scheduled script, you cannot save PDF template as a Vendor default. Vendor default should be selected by default, but instead there is an empty option, that should not be there at all.

Scheduled scripts now respect item status

Fixed an issue where scheduled service scripts created orders for items in all statuses instead of only Phase in and Released items.

Scheduled scripts v2 no longer create duplicate transfer lists

Fixed an issue where scheduled scripts created duplicate transfer lists when filtering by both central and satellite stocks.

Cannot create new TX750 cabinet with Excel import

It is not possible to export existing TX750 configuration and import it back as a new cabinet. Import will fail, telling no details about any problem. This makes impossible to create new TX750 cabinet based on existing device with similar structure.

Scrap of serialized item does not produce correct transaction report

When serialized item is scrapped using AP, the report does not fill in the cost allocation. The report seems to be in order when the item is scrapped using SFI.

Not possible to change device assignment on item when in status defined

When you have created a new item with status "Defined" and assigned it to a device it is not possible to change the device assignment even though no stock location has been assigned yet and the item has not been released or phased in.

ERP settings page now opens correctly

Lista 2023 adapter prerequisite now included in installer

Changing item ID leaves room for duplicate IDs

Upon changing item ID to ID of another item which was changed in the past, the error is thrown.

New version for automatic order creation

We now introduce a completely new concept to create orders! The new concept will be more flexible and give more options on how to manage orders for durable items but also quoted items that previously only been possible to order manually. All current capabilities in order creation will be in the new version as well and also the old method will remain in the system until further notice.

When setting up a new script you will have to choose if the script should create Purchase order or Service order.

Order Rule

The order rule part have been split into 3 sections building up a sentence When, Is, Then.

The "when" part will give the quantity on hand to calculate from, by default the available quantity on hand will be items in device (stock) and items on order.

You can the select to exclude Refurbished or Used items in device. (just consider the New items as available)

You can choose to include picked quantity out in production for durable item (this is one of the major differences as this is default in the classic scripts and can't be ignored)

You can choose to exclude durable items in state For Service

You can choose to consider pick list or transfer list demands (Same as in old scripts. )

The "is" part determine the trigger point based on the quantity obtained in "when" section.

The "then" determine how much to order.

Item Filter

One of the major changes is the capabilities to be more granular in what items to select, this is done in the Item Filter part.

Key differences here is possibility to filter on

• Exact match on Item Custom fields,

• Choose a category

• Include/Exclude quoted items.

Scheduler and Order settings

The scheduler and order settings part remains with same functionality but some changes in the User interface!

Location assignment edit on SFI may cause assignment quantity mismatch

Wrong quantity reported on the location after performing inventory and restock. Transactions and events are correct. Analyze shown that the issue is caused by wrong synchronization of the quantities under special condition.

Scrap item out in products directly in admin portal

One challenge that some customers have is that Durable items never get scrapped through our ShopFloor interface out in production. This some times gets challenging as order scripts still consider durable items out in production as available and the order process ignore needs.

In 1.51 we will offer both upgraded method for order script where the script can ignore durable items out in production but with this feature we also allows users to delete picked items directly from Admin portal, this can significantly reduce the time spent on removing obsolete items picked to machines.

Picked items location

In basics the picked items overview menu is extended with a scrap functionality.

Multi select

You can sort and filter the list as you wish and if you activate the multi select you can select multiple items to be scrapped.

Create Views

You can also build up your views similarly as in other screens of CRIBWISE and have all my Drilling items view to make the list of items more manageable.

Scrap

When Items to be deleted is selected you simply press the scrap items icon, If the systems is set-up to have scrap reasons user will be forced to enter the scrap reason.

Outgoing status is still an option in mass edit

Outgoing status can still be set in mass edit of items. Upon setting Outgoing status the items are not edited.

Consignment invoice preview fails if item vendor is changed

If an item is on a consignment invoice, the vendor of the item can be changed so the vendor of the item is different than the vendor of the consignment invoice. This causes an error when trying to generate the preview of the invoice.

Assembly can be set to be ordered directly to satellite

When assembly is in satellite stock, its assignment to satellite device can be set as Order directly to satellite. For normal items it means that item is not added to transfer list, but to purchase order for satellite device. But as assembly cannot be purchased, only transferred, this setting leads to the assembly is ignored by scheduled scripts.

Storage modules are not ordered correctly by name or address

When having a device which has a storage device with multiple storage modules, the ordering by name is wrong in list of modules on AP.

Missing validation on item location assignment during inventory

When disabling item location of an item which is in running inventory, the device stays locked after the inventory and can't be unlocked (the inventory seems like it is finished).

Entities not passing validations may still be imported via Export

Entity in invalid state can still be imported via Excel, passing business validations, resulting in invalid state of the entity.

Steps are skipped on assigning items when using touch

When assigning item on SFI on device with a touch display, selecting storage device, storage module and location is skipped sometimes.

Item located on service list can be deleted

If item is located on service list but is not assigned to any location, it can be deleted. The service list is then not showing the item, but cannot be deleted due to error.

Manually uploaded document is replaced during update from catalog when named as catalog document

Manually uploaded document is replaced by document imported from catalog when named exactly same as imported document.

Access control recalculation handles items without vendors

Fixed an issue where access control recalculation failed when items without vendors were in PAG quantity restriction settings.

Stock optimization day selection now works correctly

Fixed an issue where unselected days were still included in stock optimization calculations.

Random 'freezing' during Kardex operations

Random freezing reported when operating Kardex storage device (during picking, assignment, inventory). Investigation shown that there is a race condition in the code which prevents the flows to quit 'waiting for confirmation' loop likely causing this issue.

Storage device setting is missing a scrollbar

When accessing storage device settings on a small monitor, the entire Storage device blade lacks a scrollbar, making it impossible to set the dimensions.

Transactions no longer missed during device sync

Fixed a rare timing issue where transactions could be missed in reporting if device sync occurred during data recalculation.

Simplify return of Serialized items

We now remove one step in confirmation of which serial number that is returned. If you return only one serial number there will not be any further selection of serial number when the item have been selected from list.

Updated Stock optimization feature

We now take Stock Optimization next level! We make it more relevant and combine the optimization also with ABC classification function and also include Durable item in the advice list! This makes the Optimization more complete and customer can optimize not only consumables but also durable items.

Additional values to guide actions better

User can add columns like Number of picked items, Purchased quantity and average daily consumption. This figures are based on the training period selected. Sometime the algorithm will not be able to give an advise on order point or max point but with this additional information users make own decisions.

In list editing

We now introduce a method to edit the values directly in list without entering into the item details. In the list click on the Max or Order point value and enter the new value. You could also directly in the list click the light bulb to take the proposed advice!

Also the item classification (ABC) is combined into Stock Optimization and also this value can be accepted by clicking the light bulb or manually in list select the value.

Detailed view

The detailed view have been updated to give a better overview and also the consumption and purchase history available. The function with light bulb to accept the proposal is also valid on the item overview.

View Management

The result list is now built up more like the item overview page and user can add, remove sort columns and save views.

Improved error messages for pick list import

When importing pick list items fails due to invalid data, the error messages now clearly describe why specific rows were rejected.

Import of Location quantities

Within Import/Export function we have a tab that is used for updating quantities, in this tab we have had a column called "Is deleted" on all other objects for Import this indicates that you can delete an object or relation. However in this tab it does not do anything so this column have now been removed.

Extension of Item API

We now extend the Item API to also be able to create Item Description in Multi language. We have had a limitation on this topic and this needed to be done on Batch API.

Changed behavior of timeout for pick of serialized item

During picking of serialized items and if operator does not select the serial number after location is opened. When this situation occurs we will log transaction when device hits timeout, up until 1.50 we just cancelled the transaction.

Invalid value can be confirmed by enter during pick

During quantity selection for the pick, if invalid quantity is selected (for example more than available quantity), it can be confirmed by pressing enter on the keyboard.

ASK200 / TB300 shelf layout is misleading

Scanning shelf with separators set to minimum location sizes (approx. 28 mm) returns location sizes 28 mm +- 1 mm due to scanner error. That is technical limitation of the hardware. But visualizing these locations on SFI looks like there are bigger differences on location sizes, making the SFI layout misleading (incorrect).

Sending back shelf on KARDEX and Modula machines after removing assignment

When assignment is removed from management screen of KARDEX or Modula machines, tray is returned back to the machine instead of staying in opening.

Keyboard not working after network change on TX750

On TX750 PCs (including the same PCs as used for VX machines), when CTRL+Alt+Del is pressed and then Windows menu closed to show SFI again, keyboard strokes are no longer registered by SFI.

Corrupted customer image may cause orders not generated to Excel and PDF

When customer logo is corrupted (is missing MimeType in database), orders fail to be generated to Excel and PDF.

When removing assigned PAG from user or user group, there is no waiting animation during the removing process. In case of slower environment, nothing happens right after pressing the remove button and then PAG disappears suddenly from the list after some time.

Location of serialized items in service is misleading

Location of serialized item instance, shown in serialized item overview or in detail of serial number, is showing location of the instance as in service list/order always once the instance is on service order or list, regardless real physical location of the instance. This is misleading, because the location is shown like that immediately once the instance is added to an order or list, but is not picked yet. Until it is picked, the instance's location should be a stock location or In production. Similarly, once instance is restocked, location is still shown as in order/list, but it should show a stock location instead.

Optimized the deletion of cost allocation instances with many children and item assignments, preventing timeouts.

Override Phase in status in SFI

A new permission have been added in SFI privileges tab. By this permission users could see and pick items in Phase in status. The reasoning for this is that specific users should be able to pick items that is not yet available.

Note also that if user are set as Administrator they will automatically have this privilege and will be able to see all Phase In items.

Cost allocation cleanup improved

Fixed an issue where deleting a cost allocation set did not properly remove related values, instances, and restrictions.

We extend the the BI Interface Supplier delivery precision with OrderID and OrderReference so that users more easily can make references to other report sources.

Deleted cloud devices no longer start sync processes

In some occasions, locking and unlocking of device can fail.

New product phase in process

We now introduce a more seamless way to introduce new items into Shopfloor and by this way also force the users to consume out the original item before the new alternative is started to be consumed!

A new status of items are introduced called "Phase in", also the current status "Outgoing" will change name to "Phase out".

• By "Phase in" status you can define everything in the system including assignment to device and location, start the purchasing process and restock the items into location. However the items are not available for operator to search for and pick in Shopfloor interface, unless this item as set as an alternative item that have "Released" or "Phase out" status AND that this item is out of stock.

When original item (Phase out) is available user can click the Locations icon and see the alternative but the availability is 0/40 so user can not pick.

When the original item is out of stock, alternative item dialoge will pop-up and user can select the alternative "Phase in" item.

You can have multiple alternatives and also have chains of alternative items.

Inventory during restock

We are now introducing a new function to validate the quantity in stock before restocking new items. User will be presented the expected quantity in stock before restock. If there is a discrepancy user can click the inventory location icon and adjust the quantity before restock.

If system settings indicate that reason code is needed user will have to enter reason, else user can proceed and enter the actual quantity before restock.

When inventory adjustment is done a inventory transaction is made and last inventory date is updated. Even if no adjustment is needed user can choose to inventory location and the last inventoried date will be updated.

The functionality is made available to users by a user group setting (Perform inventory during restock)

Further enhancement of API capabilities

We now extend our capabilities for Purchase orders and Service order end-points and make full GET, POST, PUT PATCH, DELETE functions available. Up until now we have only had GET and relied on batch API for POST, PUT, PATCH.

API end point are available only when API Access addon is added to customer account.

Extend Item search with category

We now add item category in the search when searching items in any item list in Admin portal or ShopFloor interface.

Fixed blurry customer logo after logout

Customer logos now maintain their image quality after logging out. Previously, logos could become blurry on the login screen.

Picks from deleted pick list prevents synchronization of the device

In rare circumstances when pick list is removed on AP but still remains on SFI it can happen that pick from pick list is performed after the pick list is deleted on AP.
In such scenario the synchronization is failing because pick synchronized to AP cannot update the related pick list.

Not possible to edit spare part of an item

It is not possible to edit spare part relation - change quantity or position.

Update of documents from catalog created second image and drawing document type

When item has custom documents of image or drawing types, updating item documents against external catalog resulted in item having two documents of image or drawing type.

Unable to delete stock location from Lista LDC module on AP

It is impossible to delete stock location from Lista LDC drawer.

Missing validation on StockLocation excel import

When importing Stock locations via Excel, there is missing validation for location names duplicates. When duplicates are imported, export may stop working.

Condition of serialized item not shown during return

During return of serialized item, condition of serial number is not shown when serial number information is shown from quantity selection step of return flow.

Custom fields are imported with same values when named similarly

When a customer has custom fields on items named similarly (the beginning needs to be the same like custom field 1 and custom field 2) and changes them via Excel import, they are changed to a same value of only one of them.

Synchronization retry policy is not handling all errors correctly

Interruption in sync process can result in error in event log even when sync is still finished properly.

Time outs for Kardex and Modula

We have had challenges that we have timed out a transaction made for both Kardex and Modula lifters and made the tray move back into machine after 60 seconds. The challenge with this kind of devices was that the trays can be big and many times contain of multiple locations, so the operator spend more then 60 secs on the tray and gets disrupted by time out.

The change now makes these devices have no time out from our side.

Change of currency conversion ratio not synced to SFI

When conversion ratio is changed for existing currency, this change is not synced to SFI. To reflect this change, vendor using this currency must be synced.

Device lock causes false synchronization delayed events

Device lock is causing synchronization delayed events to be created in the event log if not unlocked fast enough.

New Category filtering in Shopfloor interface

To further simplify the user experience to find items to pick we now enhance the category filter function in ShopFloor interface to the next level.

We moved down the Category filter icon from the top bar down to the item list next to the sorting icon.

When filter icon is enabled, you will see the main categories defined in the system and quantity of items assigned to each category.

By clicking a category the item list will dynamically filter out the items assigned to this category (and related sub categories), a breadcrumb will indicate on where you are in the Category three. If sub categories exists those will be up for selection with same principle as on the top level.

If you want to navigate back you can use the breadcrumb navigation to go back to any level in the category three.

Any manual searching in search box will dynamically limit the item list from the selected category and its sub-categories.

Enable to input values in Cost Allocation List and Hierarchy

We are pleased to announce that customers can now input values in the List and Hierarchy cost allocation steps during the picking process. This enhancement simplifies reporting and picking workflows.

Oftentimes, customers who have selected a Machine (Step 1) and Component (Step 2) encounter ad-hoc jobs involving components that are not listed. This is typically addressed by using an "Other" component value and adding an additional 3rd Cost Allocation step. The value is then inputted in this additional Component step.

With this update, the issue can now be directly resolved in the 2nd step, where input values are allowed. Allowing this streamlines the process, eliminating the need for a 3rd step. As a result, the normal case of picking (where the value is created in the system) becomes faster. Additionally, reporting becomes cleaner, as the ad-hoc Component input value will still be recorded under the 2nd step.

When a custom value option is defined for the step, an icon will be made available at the bottom of the screen.

When custom value is selected an additional input screen will appear for manual input on this step.

For the Custom value you can still use the restriction assignment for item, user or user groups (if the step is of type hierarchy).

Introduction of order line ID

We now introduce order line ID for Service and Purchase orders. We have had some inconsistencies in sorting on items in orders and reporting and integration end-points. This creating challenges in finding and make changes on orders manually, as the line in integrated ERP could be different from what's visual in Order UI.

We now introduce line item ID and in all places (User interface, reporting, send order) and the items will be sorted in same order. This will simplify integration and specifically trouble shooting orders in case of any discrepancies.

Export of items failing in case of lots of items

Improved reliability and performance of Excel export for customers with large item catalogs (5,000+ items). Exports that previously failed due to timeouts or memory issues now complete successfully.

Simplified setup of Sandvik B2B connection

Previously, we required that customers or our respective sales partners fill in their URL and create a username/password to access Sandvik B2B. With Sandvik B2B, we have now changed this process and keep the URL and credentials in the back-end. Customers, sales partners, or our support team need only to select if the order should be sent through B2B and choose between the Production or Test back-end. If no order is to be sent through B2B, "None" should be selected. Sandvik B2B is supported by suppliers such as Sandvik Coromant, Walter Tools, SECO Tools, and DormerPramet.

We still offer custom web service integration if a supplier has a web service available to receive orders

Reduce chance of deadlock on Lista device

Added timeout handling for Lista cabinet communication to prevent SFI from becoming stuck. When communication stalls, SFI now automatically retries, reducing the need for PC restarts.

When a main Item have been created manually or via excel import and then use the catalogue service to update the item, spare parts are created to the main item (If exists on the main item). First device synchronization cannot be interrupted

The first synchronization of a newly installed SFI device can no longer be cancelled. This prevents potential data inconsistencies that could occur if the initial sync was interrupted.

Import/Export performance

We have made significant performance enhancements in excel import and export functionality. For the majority of objects available we increase the speed by x10.

For Customers and support partners actively working with import and export functionality this will reduce the waiting time significantly.

Assign barcode now available on cloud SFI

The Assign barcode feature is now available on cloud SFI devices when assigning items. Supports keyboard input from connected barcode scanners.

When retrieving raw transactions via the API endpoint api.cribwise.com/Reporting/v1/RawTransactions we now include the technical item id in the response. This new field will only be filled once your CRIBWISE installation has been updated to 1.48, for historical transactions the field value will be null by default.

Old TDM Global line interface

We will remove the old TDM Global line interface from Menu option for customers not actively using this interface already. A new interface is under construction by TDM and it will be confusing for customers ordering the new Interface to also have the old version available.

Item Category tree sorting

Under System Settings --> Stock Daily use in Adminportal customer can create their own Item category structure. This Categories will now be sorted in a more natural way (0-9 and A-Z) within each level of the tree. Before this release the sorting have been in creation date of each category, resulting in challenge to find right category.

Improved purchase order template validation

Invalid Excel templates are now detected during upload, preventing failures when sending purchase orders. Templates that cannot be converted to PDF are rejected with a clear error message.

Invalid column names in import error sheet

If there is an error in the import of Users, you can download the error file. The file has two columns named First Name. The C column should be Login and not First name.

Coges COM port validation

System now validates COM port settings for Coges integration, preventing configuration of nonexistent ports that would cause errors.

Misleading message when forcing a synchronization from AP

When synchronization is forced in time when there is another synchronization running on a machine and the currently running sync is cancelled, AP shows "sync complete" message for the cancelled sync.

Create Assembly from GTC package import and API

We have since long time ago had possibility to import GTC package into CRIBWISE and create included items from package into item list. Now we also implement functionality to create the Assembly level if the GTC package contains of an assembly with included items.

If you import a GTC package containing of an assembly and 3 included parts this will now create an assembly item and the 3 included items.

By this improvement we now have better support to make proper import with less manual for for customers that makes assemblies on Tool Manufacturers home pages that support GTC Package export but also players like Tools United where Tools United can export assemblies in GTC format.

The functionality is available in Data Management - Items - Import items menu as before!

GTC import supported via API

With the update of functionality of import of GTC package, we also made a new API end-point available for customers with API Access enabled. With this API end-point any external system supporting GTC packages can automatically POST a GTC package to the end-point and CRIBWISE will process and create all relevant items. The first application that will take advantage of this new API is Sandvik Coromant - CoroPlus Tool Library!

Block account administrator login

In CRIBWISE, the first user created in the system is the account administrator user who needs to add application users to the customer instance for other users to be able to log in. After users have been created, you can now block administrator login to the customer instance under System Settings > Access Control tab.

If you are in the process of activating the connection to Customer Active Directory through SAML (also new in 1.47), we strongly recommend enabling the possibility for the account administrator to log in, as you may lose all login access to the instance if there are any issues in the set-up of the connection to the external AD.

Connect Admin Portal users with customer own Identity provider

In release 1.47 we enable the possibility for customers to connect Admin portal users with a customer owned Identity provider supporting SAML 2.0. This makes the experience for the users working in Admin portal easier as you will use the same username/password as when logging into other applications in your corporate application landscape. This also enhance security in two perspectives.

The first is out of HR perspective, usually you have automated processes when employees leave a company and there user account is blocked. This will mean that when CRIBWISE users authenticate this are managed in the dedicated Identity provider, access will be blocked immediately to CRIBWISE without someone needing to delete the CRIBWISE user specifically.

Still user needs to be in CRIBWISE with permissions, it's only the authentication that is done through external identity provider.

The second is that the same login policy that customer decide to have on their AD will apply also for CRIBWISE. E.g. if customer require MFA (Multi Factor Authentication) through Authenticator app the same will be applied for CRIBWISE.

The function to set-up SAML for a customer account will be enabled through a charged addon in CMP. When added, customer will be able to configure the connection to their Active Directory.

For ShopFloor Interface, the login options will remain as they are, and customers can still use their cards or a login/password to perform picks and returns. We do not see it as beneficial to apply AD login to SFI because quick logins are necessary, and physical access to the device on the shop floor is still required to perform actions.

Change in auto inventory on Sielaff ASK200

For ASK200 we have had function to Auto inventory out quantities on a location if nothing is falling down from the shelf in ASK200. This has caused orders being generated despite the issue have been caused more of technical issues of machine, like light barrier did not recognise the the falling item or issues in dispense. We have now removed this auto inventory function completely.

Service code in raw transaction data

Extension of the transaction data source with Service vendor name, Service vendor id and Service code. For some transactions this data have already been available (Service Orders, Restock from Service and similar) but then under Vendor and Order code field, but now this data will also be available in new fields.

Fields will only be populated if Service is ticked for the item!

The Vendor ID and Name is picked from Data Management - Vendor

Data is fully available in the Data Source Raw transaction in the Reporting menu of CRIBWISE.

Availability in API reporting data

The new fields will also be available in the reporting data for API's. However you will NOT find these in base license of CRIBWISE [AP_base_uri]/Reporting/Integration/RawTransactions. You will need API Access addon and access the data through latest version of https://api.cribwise.com/Reporting/v1/RawTransactions.

Extension of Active purchase order tab in item detail

We will change the name of this tab in Item detail view from Active purchase order to Orders/lists.

If item is placed on any order (purchase or service) or list (service or transfer) where it can be expected to be delivered in future, it will be possible to see these orders and lists from item detail.

New API End point for Stock location data

We now extend the API capabilities under API Access to also include the stock location data today available in reporting section as data source Stock Location data.

New service item flag in item lists

When an item is set to has service in item supplier tab it will now be possible to identify these items in

• Item list

• Item overview

• Picked items location

• Serialized item overview.

This new filter is possible to use in saved views in those lists.

Information if service is active for item is available in Assignment data source and can be used for reporting (including grouping by this information and apply filter based on it)

'Per unit' price is missing the value in the reports when 'quantity' field is not present

'Per unit' price field are missing values in the reports when respective 'quantity' field is not part of the report as well. Only 'Total price' works. Affect 'Purchase gross price per unit', 'Purchase price per unit' and may be others as well.

Last column in order template is ignored

Last defined custom column in order template Excel file is ignored when order is generated - generated order does not contain it. Until there is any custom change made in the next column.

Missing validation for item deletion on transfer list

Item can be deleted while still on transfer list, resulting in problem with loading data of affected transfer list.

Tick box in summary screen based on barcode scanning

When user is picking one or multiple item and get to summary screen users can use barcode scanner to "tick the box" of respective item.

This feature is available for open stock location solutions and when customer don't have system setting "Automatically set items as processed on open locations:"

Remove of column in import result

We will remove the column Order Code in the import result list, this column was originally intended to show the search number for the item but this was originating from the time when only Material ID or Order code was the available search id. Now it make no sense as it states "order code" and every customer can make their own mapping of fields from catalogues.

We will only show the decided Item ID and the result!

Improvements in flows for serialized items

We have improved the experience for serialized items flows and when only one serial number available we pre select this serial number. Today user have to select serial number again when already selected in prvious screen.

Sielaff SÜ 2020 cannot utilize full storage capacity

10th coil of each row on Sielaff SÜ 2020 cannot be used on machines with 10 coils per row configuration. When called, first coil of a row is dispensed instead.

Item can be set to released if supplier is not checked

Item can be set to released without price if the supplier tab is not opened at all. The price is then set to 0. If the supplier tab is opened during the changing of the item, the customer cannot save it.

Missing validation for duplicated spare part relation

For adding a new spare part relation for the item there is a missing validation for duplicated creation the relation. In such a scenario relation is not stored but it's causing unhandled exception toaster presented to the user without any other useful information.

Long object description can not be fully seen in graphical reports

When having object description in graphical reports longer than the row, it is not possible to see full text.

Opening item detail from overview makes the overview grid 'disappear'

When item detail is opened from (any) overview the overview grid 'disappears'. Once detail is closed it's back again.

Item description is null in Odata when status is not Released

When changing item status to something other than "released," the item description is seen as null in Odata ItemLevels while being normal everywhere else.

Item is imported with wrong image from Coromant catalog

Due to change in item data provided by Coromant catalog, item can be imported with different image as shown in the catalog.

Uncheck of Min/Max order value on vendor blade, AP does not work properly

Minimum order value on vendor is still validated even when it is disabled. Vendor then may not be able to be saved if max order value is set to lower value.

Various problems during item create / update

IsSerialized checkbox should be disabled for non defined items.

Usage cost structure should be mandatory on for durable items.

Assembly cannot be changed to released when vendor remains set.

Unexpected behavior of enter key when searching items in order

On detail of order or list on AP, when focus is on item search field, hitting enter key does not perform search, but saves order instead.

Improved message for Max amount of devices

When trying to create more devices than what the subscription states the message have not been clear. We now have made improvement in the messages. We also changed what type of device that is pre selected when customer try to create a device, like for a Starter subscription cloud device is pre selected. (As there no possibility to create physical devices on those subscriptions).

Limitation of number of items i customer instance

From 1.47 we now introduce a limit of max number of items in a customer instance of CRIBWISE. The limit of of item is set to 20 000 items. The reason for this is the performance is not built for this amount of items and also some customers have tried to download all items available in all catalogues causing performance risks not only for their instance, but also for others. Today no customer is close to this amount of items and it will not impact any active customer. If by some reason a customer needs more items we have the possibility on individual customer increase the limit.

New item sorting in ShopFloor Interface

In item list in SFI we sort items based on users last picked items, in system setting customer can set one how long time period this should be calculated on. We now introduce a new sorting icon in the item list where customer can sort on all searchable fields, like name, ID, description, order code, custom fields.

Service rule for maximum number of picks not working properly

Maximum number of picks before serialized item is set for service is not deducted properly, resulting in item not added to service.

KARDEX - flow stuck for serialized item

Flow with serialized item can stuck when operation is cancelled on machine's panel before serial number is selected on SFI.

CMP - User permission in CMP

To better facilitate our Sales Units needs on different users accessing CMP and what each user should be able to do we now have implemented 4 different roles.

CMP - Customer list change

Today when customers and Sales Partners click on the customer line a callout pops up where you can select action you would like to do. From this release we will remove this function and you will get directly into customer overview.

CMP - Distributor --> Sales Unit

From this release we will change the name Distributor to Sales Unit.

CMP - Supplier PO number --> Supplier order confirmation

We have change the name of Supplier PO number to Supplier order confirmation. This to more reflect what the field really represent.

CMP - View all type of orders in customer account

In the customer account, in Orders tab, there are listed all the orders: hardware and software.
The order list and details view have a new design, as presented bellow.

Order list:

• new icons for indicating the type of order (HW for hardware and SW for software)

• display software order price

• if it is only a software order, the status is not shown

• if it's an order that includes both hardware and software, than the status is taken from the hardware order

Order view contains two sections in case the order includes both software and hardware: Software information and Hardware information.

The user can update the PO numbers and upload files by clicking on Update PO button. This action will open a pop-up. If it's a hardware order, the user can update PO only if the order is not confirmed.

CMP - Supplier PO number

The supplier user is able to fill in "Supplier PO" when the user confirms a hardware order. This number is displayed in the order header and in the order list.

In the order list it is displayed the Supplier PO, Customer PO and Legal entity.

CMP - Mandatory fields in the Shipping step for hardware orders

All the fields for the shipping address are now mandatory.

CMP - Open links in new tab

The links from Customer account - Overview tab are now opened in a new tab.

CMP - Update number of subscriptions in customer account

We fixed the bug related to decreasing the number of devices (when the user clicks on "Update subscription" in the Customer account > Subscription tab).

Now the user can decrease the number of subscription to match the actual number of devices.

CMP - Update hardware price as a supplier user

As a supplier user sometimes the price update functionality it wasn't working. Now the issue is fixed.

CMP - Mandatory PO number and file for a hardware order

For both flows (signup and purchase order), in the shipping step the Purchase order (hardware) field is mandatory. The same for uploading the file.
